RentPlus offers a comprehensive Free Plan (up to 2 tenants) for life. We strongly encourage you to use this free tier to fully evaluate the software before upgrading to a paid plan.
We generally do not offer refunds for annual subscriptions once processed, as these are digital goods with immediate access. All sales are final.
In case of duplicate payments caused by server error, please contact [email protected] within 7 days. Verified duplicate transactions will be refunded fully within 5-7 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will retain Pro/Business features until the end of your current paid year, after which it will revert to the Free Plan limits.
