1. Introduction

By using RentPlus, you agree to these terms. This software is a record-keeping and notification tool for landlords, property managers, and PG owners.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. RentPlus generates reports based on data you enter; we are not responsible for any disputes with tenants regarding rent amounts or agreements.

3. Liability Limitation

RentPlus provides financial reports for your convenience. However, you are solely responsible for verifying all figures before filing income tax returns. We are not liable for accounting errors arising from incorrect data entry.

4. Payments & Renewal

Subscription fees are billed annually. Pricing is subject to change with notice. Failure to renew will result in your account being downgraded to the Free Plan limits.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activities or abuse of the platform.
